Round circular sifter screens come in 24″, 30″, 40″, 48″, 60″, and 72″ diameters, covering most Sweco®-style round separators. Machines outside these standard sizes may still qualify for a custom diameter, so contact us with your frame measurements.
Besides Sweco®, which round separator brands do you supply screens for?
We also supply replacement circular screens for Kason®, Midwestern®, and Russell Finex® round separators, built to each brand’s specific frame profile. If your separator runs a different brand, share the model, and we’ll confirm compatibility.
When should I choose magnetic 430 mesh instead of standard 304 or 316 stainless?

Micron size depends on the particle size you need to pass or capture, so the safest way to confirm it is a product sample tested in our lab. Guessing at mesh micron size is a common ordering mistake that affects both product quality and screen life.

Round separator screens come in a few common frame styles, including bolted ring, hollow ring, and perforated designs, and each attaches differently. A photo of your current frame with its diameter is usually enough for us to match the replacement exactly.
